The bike is from the late 2000s with a Columbus Neuron steel frame and is in excellent condition. As shown in the photos, the bike has some modern parts (saddle and seatpost) and some pieces replaced at the time, such as the carbon fork, stem, and handlebar extensions. The Spinergy wheels are true and in good condition with a Campagnolo cassette, which is a rarity (small marks on the blades but no structural issues), and they can still be used (I advise against racing or intensive use given their age), but it will also come with a second set of FIR wheels with Campagnolo hubs.
