This 1979 Motobecane C5 has been fully restored, keeping its vintage charm while making it reliable to ride. The bottom bracket was re-tapped to BSA at Cycles Marchi L’Atelier in Lyon, replacing the original Swiss-threaded unit. The brakes were upgraded to modern Miche Performance calipers, and a wide-range 11–34 cassette was installed. NOS components were used wherever possible, including the Stronglight Impact 50/34 crankset, SunTour XCD front derailleur, and Shimano Deore MT62 long-cage rear derailleur.
