The bike is generally in good condition, but has been sitting for several years now.

There are scratches everywhere, which is unavoidable with use.

I am unsure which groupset is installed, but it is the original one.

The bottom bracket and crank arm were replaced at some point with used Shimano ones because the original ones were constantly causing problems.
These have some deeper scratches.
