The bicycle (e-bike) is in very good condition and has always been well-maintained and taken to a specialist dealer for service. Most recently, it was overhauled for the sale (new tires, and the brakes and gear shifting were adjusted).
It was never ridden in winter and was always kept dry in the hallway.
A luggage rack, mudguards, lights, and a Brooks leather saddle were additionally installed on the bike.
The bike has been ridden approximately 5,000 km and the battery is in good condition.
