I am selling this set of two 100% carbon extensions and brackets for the Hyper Sonic combo, complete with brackets and armrests, offering almost infinite height adjustment. You can also buy just the extensions for €80 (non-negotiable). The product is almost new, having been used only once.

Because the main mount is designed for flat drop handlebars, the clamp diameters are 45mm wide and 20mm height. Your bars should be around those values, otherwise it's suggested to use 3D printed mounts designed for them.
