It is 2020/21 because the model is 2020, but it was built with the 2021 Yamaha motor PW-X2 (2nd gen), an excellent motor, 80 Nm MAX torque. I purchased this bike at FlyRidesUSA.
*This bike has an external battery which means it can be ridden/transported without the battery because the battery is not part of the structural integrity of the frame. The battery comes off super easily w/ a turn of the key if you want to transport the bike or charge the battery away from the bike.
