Has been sitting around for a long time; I cleaned it, oiled the chain, and installed new tires, inner tubes, and rim tapes (->80€).
Steel frame by Scapin. Shimano 105. Shifting works perfectly and is done on the down tube. Handlebar tape is intact. Rim brakes grip well. The saddle's tilt is not adjustable.
