Vintage Campagnolo Nuovo Record derailleur. I was using this for 8-speed myself, operated via friction levers. A prime piece from ~1980, fitted to the top-end bikes of that era. Condition is used, but fully functional; see pictures for a better idea. I have also listed Nuovo friction levers separately, and I could also find the front derailleur, check if interested.
