68/73 BSA bottom bracket SLX without spacers
Shifter XT 8100 12s
Rear derailleur XT 8100 12s
Crank XT 8120 with SLX chainring 12s
Original packaged cassette XT 8100 12s
Chain 6100 12s
UDH bolt and derailleur hanger

Optionally, for an additional €40, the Newmen V1 Micro Spline freehub if one is needed.

I removed these parts from a new bike because I converted to Transmission, and they are brand new.
