I am selling this brand new wheel (never mounted on a bike) because the manufacturer made a mistake during production and installed a quick-release instead of a track axle as I had requested.
The wheel has a braking surface for rim brakes, visible in the photos. The wheel is available for shipping and can be viewed in Saint-Herblain.
The wheel is sold alone, without the inner tube or tire.
