Shimano Ultegra Di2 FD-R8050 — Front Derailleur (Braze-on) — For Parts / Repair

Selling as spares or repair. The electronics are fully functional — the motor runs and the unit responds normally on E-tube/Di2. The problem is mechanical: the small linkage arm that the motor pushes against to drive the cage has snapped at a weak point (broke mid-shift). Because that arm is gone, the cage no longer moves under power.

So if you know how to source/replace that little link piece, you’ve got a fully working Di2 front mech for cheap. Sold honestly as broken — see photos for the exact breakage.
