Certain components have been changed, such as the seatpost, which is 150mm, the derailleur, which is a SRAM GX, and also the brake discs, which have been upgraded to the magura range. No costs to be expected. I've also just changed the rear brake pads and bled the brakes. The suspensions were overhauled this winter.
