I bought the bike new about 7 years ago and have been the sole rider. I always treated the bike like my eyeballs. I am 182 cm tall and have ridden it maybe 15 tkm in total. Rarely for some time though. I describe the bike as being in very good condition as I always replaced wearing parts in good time. Apart from the rim brakes, the bike is a current racehorse.
