Headset bearing is still smooth.

There has been one ding from a crit that chipped some paint off (see image of rear triangle). I checked with a carbon expert who confirmed no structural damage to the frame. It has since been touched up.

Derailleur hanger is perfectly straight.

I work in a shop and cleaned and maintained it regularly. Will miss this bike :(
