In excellent condition, no damage, owned and maintained by large bike store manager / TIME dealer. Very minor and normal marks to inside of chainstay/seat tube junction and underside of fork crown from road debris; pictured as best I could. Since I am a bike industry employee TIME sold me a frame with very minor blemishes to the finish, which I have pictured. These blemishes are mainly at the bottom of the fork leg and the back of the rear dropout.
