I purchased the bike in mid-2022 as "refurbished," in "as-new" condition (best category). At that time, it had only covered just under 40 km; I myself have only used the e-bike once and covered a distance of at most 4 km. Visually, it is therefore in very good to good condition; only the passage of time and standing in the garage/carport have caused it to age slightly cosmetically. Since it was not used, there are no signs of wear. A basket and a child seat are included (not mounted).
