The frame and fork are completely protected so the marks that can be seen only affect the protective vinyl. The marks on the horizontal tube are due to the bike not having been properly secured in the workshop rack. All other components are new: brakes, pads, discs, cranks, wheels, cassette, chain, handlebars, saddle, telescopic seatpost, grips and tires.
