Upgraded the bike with a BTA system from AeroCoach and a tilt block. This allows an angle to be created in the arms, which creates a more aero position. With the BTA system, up to 2 bottles can be taken, plus roughly 4 to 5 gels in the box.
Additionally, swapped out the Ultegra 172.5mm cranks for a Rotor system with 165mm cranks and a 58t front blade. The 165mm cranks allow you to raise the saddle whilst keeping the same upper body position. This opens up the hips in order to pro...
