In my opinion they are in good condition. Of course both have signs of use (nicks and scratches of various sizes).

Front wheel has brand new Newmen bearings. Rear wheel has brand new freehub/cassette body, ball bearings and axle kit (cones and dust covers).

QR skewers are included.

Tyres are worn out - can send with (for protection matter) or without them.
