The grips and the gear shifter on the handlebar need to be replaced; they are functional, but the plastic is very sticky.

I used it twice in 2013, then due to work commitments, I didn't use it anymore. Before that, it had been used for a couple of years by the person who assembled it for approximately €10,000 at the time.
