Rear derailleur has new pulleys (original); ceramic pulleys are included
Wheelset is new
Seatpost is new
Tires are new

If the price is right, I will include the SRAM Red cassette (formerly almost 400).

Nothing needs to be done except to buy Optimize wax if you wish to continue using the same wax.
