Hello. Everything is in working order, including the suspension lockout. Additionally, the chain has been replaced with a new one – a Shimano chain for a 3x10 drivetrain, a higher model of Shimano brakes than the stock ones, and a carbon saddle. It is best to come and check it in person so there are no misunderstandings. The bike has seen negligible use since moving out from my parents'. There is a visible scratch on the frame as shown in the marked photo. The original grips could be replaced as they are worn out, but I am including new Race Face ones.
