Zipp Service Course SL70 stem (90mm), Zipp Service Course handlebar (40mm). I'll add an integrated GPS mount as well.

Selle Italia SLR Boost S3 saddle.
Pirelli Cinturato Gravel M 45mm tires (measured 51mm on the rim with 0.6mm clearance).
11-34 cassette.
