I had to replace the fork on a Merida One-Sixty; the steerer tube was cut to 19.3 cm from the crown race seat (the crown race had not yet arrived), but my bike was stolen.
19.3 cm is compatible with, I believe, all Meridas and many other brands; some have a shorter HT (Head Tube), so it can be shortened further.
In any case, MEASURE your bicycle to be sure.
