Very smooth shifting, decent braking for rim brakes.
I currently use it for my day-to-day to go for rides, run errands... nothing needs to be done to it.
Some marks from leaning it against the frame, but the paint is in very good condition.
The pedals are okay, the handlebars are good, and the saddle is new. The yellow you see on the back of the saddle is not because it is old, it is a color detail.
I put 1995, but I have no idea what year it is.
