The frame has the known Stanton manufacturing defect of paint delamination in some spots (the color is detaching from the original epoxy base, these are not rock chips). The spots have been preventively sealed with enamel to preserve the aesthetics and protection. The steel underneath is 100% protected by the factory epoxy primer.
