Roll Recovery R8 Plus – I bought it hoping I’d still be able to train intensely, and that this device would help with daily muscle rolling. It did help, but I can’t train at a high level anymore, so I don’t want to keep a top-tier, premium piece of equipment just for the sake of it.
A fantastic roller with an adjustable spring mechanism—you can tighten or loosen it, and it really makes a difference.
Made in the USA, in Boulder (pretty much everything good for triathlon comes from there).
Expensive, but worth it—very helpful, and rolling becomes part of your routine.
