Some cosmetic scratches (if you're knowledgeable about Ti frames, they can be treated - I'm not that courageous!).
The Shimano Ultegra / Tiagra mix is due to a gear change on the drops issue that was complicated by the ceased production of the relevant Ultegra part(s); the Tiagra replacement (done by excellent shop in Amsterdam) has been faultless.
Annoyingly, the top-tube bag has rubbed against the "R230" decal; there has also been some rubbing against the decal on the down tube.
There is also some cosmetic scuffing on the handlebar stem.
