Model: Protos, Frame Year 2016, sat in storage for 6 years until built up in 2022 with brand new Di2 components (during covid).
As De Rosa’s top-of-the-line frame, the Protos is made in the Milan factory rather than in Asia; Italian craftsmanship is a result. De Rosa’s engineering team says the template for the bike was performance-orientated above all else. The goal was to build the best race bike possible, with maximum rigidity.
