De Scott Foil RC 10 biedt een unieke combinatie van aerodynamica comfort en lichtgewicht. De fiets is zeer veelzijdig en voldoet aan de eisen van sprinters, aanvallers en ontsnappers. Licht en aero frame Het eerste opvallende punt is het volledig vernieuwde frame. Agressieve vormen zorgen voor efficiënte luchtstromen. Het meest opvallende is de vernieuwde achterbrug van de Foil. De kleinere driehoek zorgt voor meer stijfheid en een verbeterde luchtstroom rond het achterwiel. Ook het vernieuwde balhoofd draagt bij aan de lagere luchtweerstand. Het frame en de vork zijn gemaakt van lichtgewicht HMX carbon. Elektronisch schakelen De Scott Foil RC 10 is uitgerust met de draadloze Shimano Ultegra Di2 versnellingsgroep. Met de elektronische 2x12 speed groep van deze fiets heb je een zeer breed schakelbereik, waardoor je flexibel bent in verschillende rijomstandigheden. Dit systeem staat bekend om zijn ongekend snelle, soepele en precieze schakelprestaties, waardoor je het maximale uit jezelf kunt halen en snelheid kunt behouden. Als je echt moet afremmen, kun je vertrouwen op de hoogwaardige Shimano BR-R7170 hydraulische schijfremmen van de Scott Foil RC 10. Deze remmen bieden altijd voldoende remkracht en een uitstekende doseerbaarheid. Comfort Hoewel aerofietsen vaak comfort moeten inleveren, verrast deze fiets dankzij de nieuwe Syncros Duncan SL Aero zadelpen met zijn comfort. Het unieke ontwerp van de zadelpen absorbeert trillingen effectief, waardoor het comfortabeler rijden is. Bovendien biedt het waterdichte zadel extra comfort.
