I have a like new 3T Strada Integrale 58cm frame. The only visible mark is on the right side fork crown; I have attached a zoomed-in picture. It comes with 120/110mm stems, and carbon 7x9 and 7x7 seat clamps. The frame is in like new condition with no other scratches or marks. The seatpost has some clamp marks.
