Size 30.7 cm. EU size 48 2/3. Road cycling shoes. MAVIC COSMIC. 3-velcro strap closure. Very little use because they don't fit me. The nuts where the cleats are attached are a bit damaged but can still be used. I recommend tightening the screws with a torque wrench to 6 Nm and I assure you that the cleats will remain fixed.
