The bike is in perfect working order and only has visual signs of wear. The fork, shock, and bearings were serviced in the spring. Following a motor defect, it was replaced last year with a Shimano EP8 with full power. The tires are almost as good as new. I changed the travel to 160/150mm using a different shock linkage and a different air spring (fork).
