- Electronic shifting, 1x12 speed
- Hydraulic disc brake
- Cassette replaced with Shimano Ultegra 11-34, which is more balanced for daily usage
- Wheels replaced to be more durable
- Wheels are tubeless to be lighter and prevent punctures

Very fast on the road and on other terrains. But also good for commuting.
