Perfectly integrated into the left pedal spindle, it records and transmits power and cadence in real time. They are ultralight (260 g/pair). Both pedals are included, but power is only transmitted from the left one. Very suitable for training unless you are recovering from an injury. In that case, you need to know exactly how much each leg is working so as not to overstrain the healthy leg, which tends to compensate. This is the reason I am selling them. I have bought pedals with power measurement in both legs to monitor the balance.
