The bike recently underwent a general service; it was completely disassembled, and the derailleur and dropper cables and housing were replaced. Suspension service was performed, including the replacement of seals and an oil change for the cartridge and lowers (premium service). The X2 shock was serviced, and the O-ring kit was replaced (performed at Gravity).

Frame bearings were replaced, and the headset, brake pads, and rotors are new. The bottom bracket bearings are also new.
