Stem, handlebar, seatpost, saddle, and pedals were upgraded; RaceFace grips, brakes upgraded with Magura MT Trail Sport 4/2 pistons and new Magura discs (203mm/180mm). Wheels are tubeless.
No scratches, no visual defects, everything working flawlessly.
