I have little prior familiarity with bicycle maintenance, but I recently had the crank and rear derailleur replaced. The wheels and brakes are original and in good condition. I had the electrical system overhauled a few weeks ago. I use the bike for a daily 28-mile commute; I'm selling it because I recently bought a third (!) bike to transport my six-year-old and don't have room for this many bikes in my garage. I've added turn signals with a horn, pedals with clips, a comfortable saddle, and dual panniers.
