These wheels come from an early 90s road bike that has been sitting for a long time; they were fitted with a 6/7-speed Shimano cassette. The rims are aluminum Ambrosio Extra 19 with a 13 mm internal width, complete with quick-release skewers and period-correct rim tape. These wheels show signs of wear from use over the years and therefore need a good maintenance service regarding polishing, greasing of the axles, and especially truing/dishing. Despite this, I noticed that they still roll very well.
