It has a tiny hit, NOT a scratch, in the frame and the bike overall needs to be set up by someone according to what the person wants. No tires and no seat are included, also no chain and pedals. The bike was set up with different speed shifters and cassette. Whoever gets it must change them. Overall it is in very good condition for road or track to ride.
