Following components new as I swapped over my old upgraded components from this SC Chameleon to my new Santa Cruz Tallboy. New components swapped over to this bike from my new SC Tallboy: - RaceFace Ride Bars - RaceFace Arc 30 Wheels - NX Drivetrain - Recon rear and Dissector Front Exo Tires Other components that stayed on the bike: RaceFace Chester Pedals PNW 125mm dropper with Tellis dropper lever PNW Grips SRAM Guide T Brakes Bike has minor scratches on top tube and rub mark under the down tube from placing over my trucks tailgate. Tried my best to show in pics, but basically a new bike when I swapped my upgraded parts from my new SC Tallboy. Also Fork serviced last August/September (2024). I do have a SDG Tellis 150mm dropper that came on the bike to go with it incase the 125mm dropper is too short. I have no need for it.
