Selling a Garbaruk cassette with about 2000km of use due to switching to Linkglide (I've moved away from the weight-weenie lifestyle :). The cassette was last used with a waxed chain and was still working well.

My recommendation:
I would not ride the cassette with a completely new (or, of course, completely worn) chain, but ideally with a Shimano (!) 12-speed chain that has already been stretched up to medium or 0.25%—best if waxed, of course; it saves you from having to clean the sprockets . . .
