I bought the frame used from a dealer a year ago with the scratches on the rear left of the top tube and on the bottom right next to the bottom bracket (see photos). Both are barely noticeable, and apart from a few small marks, the frame is in very good condition. The headset bearings still work, but I would recommend replacing them while you're at it. The Rotor press-fit bottom bracket for Shimano axles has only been ridden for 1,500 km. It runs great. No creaking.
