The ITM 700 Open stem has a hinged clamp, allowing the handlebar to be installed or removed without sliding it through the stem. A distinctive and rare aero-era design.
Very good used condition. Original decals/logos largely intact. No cracks, bends or structural damage. Clean and ready to install.
