    1.How to pack your bike with the medium buycycle box

    What’s inside the transport box?

    The very first thing you should check is that your packing material is complete. You should have received all of this:

    • Main Bike Box
    • Front axle holding elements:
      - 6-holed axle holder
      - Long adjustable rail
      - 2pcs of blockers
    • Rear axle holding elements
      - 9-holed axle holder
    • Front Wheel protector
    • Rear Wheel protector (with a hole) + cassette protector element
    • Seatpost stabilisator
    • Accessories box
    • 5x frame protection wrap

    Packing Instructions:

    1.Build the main bike box

    • Unfold it from the transport box
    • Turn it upside down, place the flat flaps inside, and close it with the flap with closing mechanism
    • Turn it upright back, keep the upper side open, to put the bike later

    2.Assemble the front axle holder

    • Build the 6 holed element, by folding it to a cubical form.
    • 2 pcs of holders are to be folded in half
    • The Long rail element folds into a C-shaped rail
    • Place the 6 holed element anywhere inside the C-shaped rail
    • Secure everything in place, by putting 2 holders in front and in back of the 6-holed element.

    3.Assemble the rear axle holder

    Build the 9 holed element, by folding it to a cubical form.

    4.Disattach the pedals

    Put the pedals and other accessories in the Accesories box

    5.Disassemble the wheels

    Mount the bike on both axle holders

    6.Secure the wheels

    • Front wheel - cover the wheel with the protector, attach to spokes
    • Back wheel - the same + attach the cassette protector

    7.Protect the frame

    You got 5 pcs of shredded cardboard - feel free to use as much as you need, to protect every exposed element of the frame.

    8.Put in the bike inside the box

    • Put it all the way to the back, so rear axle element is touching the wall of the box
    • Now adjust the front rail, so that it also touches the box in the front

    9.If handlebar doesn’t fit

    • Loosen the screws on the stem
    • Rotate the handlebar 90 degrees
    • If handlebar sticks out from the box
      1. unscrew it from stem completely
      2. Secure it with shredded cardboard
      3. Put it in the box

    10.Seatpost

    • For extra stability of the bike during transport, put the seatpost holding element, and lower the seatpost so it fits in the box.
    • If it doesn’t work
      1. take the seatpost out completely
      2. Secure it with shredded cardboard
      3. Put it in the box

    11.Finish

    Put the accesories box in the main bike box, close the lid, and you’re good to go!

    What’s inside the transport box?

    The very first thing you should check is that your packing material is complete. You should have received all of this:

    • the big buycycle-Box
    • 1 smaller box for pedals/other components (Accessory Box)
    • 2 cardboard squares for your front wheel
    • 1 rectangular cardboard box with many holes in it
    • 1 rectangular cardboard box with a slit in the middle and many fold lines
    • 1 cardboard box that looks like a double-sided arrow

    Packing Instructions:

    Now that you know everything is there, you can get started.

    1. Set Up Boxes
      • Unfold and assemble the large buycycle box and smaller box. Secure with parcel tape.
    2. Prepare Bike
      • Remove pedals, front wheel, and lower handlebars parallel to the frame for compactness.
    3. Assemble Protection
      • Use the perforated cardboard to create a fan shape for fork protection.
      • Construct walls using the rectangular cardboard with fold lines and slots.
    4. Pack Bike
      • Secure front wheel with square boxes and tape.
      • Place accordion part between bike forks, secure with axle through pre-punched hole.
      • Position triangular rear wheel support in box corner.
    5. Final Packing
      • Place bike in buycycle box with rear wheel in support and fork guard on bottom.
      • Add front wheel beside frame, pedals, and components in smaller box.
    6. Seal and Ship
      • Secure everything with tape, ensuring the protective box is on top.
